Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to you that I have broken your laws, and I am a sinner in need of salvation.
I know you shed your blood in my place, and you took the punishment I deserved. Right now I turn away from my sins, and I ask you to wash me in your blood and to forgive me of all my sins. I willingly forgive everyone who has ever sinned against me, and I release them completely into your hands.
I believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He rose from the dead, and is coming back as the Judge of the living and the dead. I love you Jesus with all my heart and since I have invited you to come live inside me, I now confess that you have now become my personal Lord and my Saviour. I will love you and serve you all my days.  
I declare to you that I will follow you and obey you for the rest of my life. I ask you to fill me with Your Holy Spirit right now, and for filling me with your strength to live a life that is pleasing to You. I turn my back on this old world, and embrace my new family, and my new life, and my new home.
I will serve you Lord, starting from now and I pray that you would help me to hear your voice, so I can be lead by your Spirit.
Please save me from temptation and deliver me from all evil.
I ask you Lord for Your divine grace to love you more than anything or anyone else in my life.
I also ask you Lord that you help me to meet the right people that will help me and encourage me to love and serve you more.
Thank you for taking me with you when You come for Your people and for writing my name in Your book to never be blotted out forever. I look forward to living for you, and to being with you enjoying Your presence and Your Heaven for all eternity. Thankyou for saving me in Jesus name. Amen
